CTSOK Custom Composite Poker Chips are designed as a complete mixed-format chip series rather than a collection of unrelated individual denominations. The set combines conventional round chips with larger rectangular chips, allowing operators to distinguish regular table values from selected higher denominations through both color and physical shape.
The pictured round chips use multiple body colors—including purple, blue, yellow, green, pink, and grey—together with six red-and-white edge spots. Each value retains the same center-label structure, denomination placement, card-suit symbols, decorative emblem, and casino-equipment wording. The result is a visually coordinated series in which every denomination remains independently recognizable.
The rectangular chips extend the same artwork into a larger format. They use rounded corners, colored composite bodies, white-and-red side details, and a wide central area for larger denomination numbers and branding. This allows higher-value chips to stand apart without abandoning the design language of the round series.
The underlying product construction consists of an iron or copper inner core enclosed by an injection-molded composite outer layer. Standard round chips are available in a 39 mm format, with larger diameter options also available. The rectangular high-denomination format measures approximately 85 × 55 mm. Round-chip weight is typically 8–14 g, with thickness around 3.3–3.5 mm, depending on the selected size and construction.
Unlike the previous CTSOK rectangular-only product, this series is built around mixed-format denomination planning. The round and rectangular chips are intended to function together, giving the operator a consistent visual identity across the full chip range while preserving a clear difference between routine values and selected upper denominations.
Mixed-Format Denomination Structure
The main advantage of this product is the ability to organize one chip series through two physical formats.
Round Chips
Round chips are suitable for the values handled most frequently during table operation. Their standard format supports conventional stacking, sorting, tray storage, dealer handling, and mixed-denomination use.
Rectangular Chips
Rectangular chips provide a visibly separate format for selected higher denominations. Their larger size gives the value number greater prominence and makes them harder to confuse with ordinary round chips during table-bank preparation or inventory review.
This structure gives the set three recognition layers:
Body color identifies the denomination group.
Printed number confirms the exact value.
Physical shape separates standard and higher-value categories.
The denomination at which the rectangular format begins can be defined according to the project. It does not need to follow one fixed threshold.
Six-Spot Edge Pattern
The round chips use six repeated edge-spot groups distributed around the outer body.
Each group combines red and white sections, creating a distinctive side profile when chips are stacked. The edge pattern remains visible even when the center artwork is covered by another chip.
This helps during:
Manual denomination sorting
Chip-tray preparation
Dealer training
Stack comparison
Inventory checks
Product demonstrations
Physical-to-system verification
The shared six-spot pattern also keeps different chip colors connected as one design family.
For customized production, CTSOK can adjust:
Number of edge-spot groups
Spot width and shape
Red-and-white color combination
Denomination-specific variations
Edge symbols
Edge text
Operator brand colors
Coordinated Center Artwork
The round and rectangular products use a common artwork system.
Visible design elements include:
Large denomination number
Poker wording
Card-suit symbols
Central decorative emblem
Casino Equipment wording
Repeated diamond-style corner symbols
Coordinated background graphics
Using the same artwork structure across both shapes ensures that the rectangular products do not appear to belong to a separate, unrelated range.
CTSOK can replace the sample artwork with:
Casino logo
Poker-room identity
VIP-room name
Club branding
Tournament name
Custom denomination
No Cash Value wording
Non-Negotiable wording
Security text
Printed serial references
Operator-specific symbols
The denomination should remain the most readable element, particularly on chips with detailed decorative graphics.
Metal-Core Composite Construction
The product uses a metal-core composite structure.
An iron or copper inner core provides weight, while an injection-molded outer layer forms the body color, chip shape, edge details, rounded corners, and printable surface. The reference product range lists 8–14 g as the typical round-chip weight range.
This construction differs from CTSOK’s ceramic and acrylic chip products:
Ceramic chips emphasize full-surface printed graphics.
Acrylic chips use transparent layered construction.
Clay composite chips emphasize a denser molded handling feel.
Metal-core composite chips combine molded customization with an internally weighted structure.
Final core material, weight, texture, and surface finish should be confirmed through the approved physical sample.
Round Chip Size Options
The standard round format is 39 mm.
Additional available diameters include:
43 mm
45 mm
50 mm
55 mm
60 mm
Round-chip thickness is approximately 3.3–3.5 mm, depending on the selected construction.
The chip size should be selected together with:
Required weight
Chip tray dimensions
Storage method
Table layout
Reader compatibility
Packaging quantity
Difference between denomination groups
The pictured mixed-format set is most naturally based around a conventional 39 mm round chip combined with the larger rectangular format.
Rectangular High-Denomination Format
The rectangular chips measure approximately 85 × 55 mm according to the reference product specification.
Their larger surface provides additional space for:
Large denomination numbers
Casino or club logos
Card-suit graphics
Decorative borders
Printed serial numbers
UV verification patterns
Holographic elements
RFID-related markings
Project-specific wording
The rectangular chip should not be treated as a metal nameplate or decorative plaque. It remains part of the casino chip series, but uses a larger physical format to distinguish selected denominations.
Color-Coded Value Identification
The pictured product uses separate body colors for different values.
The color system helps staff identify a denomination category before reading the printed number. The exact color assignments shown in the image belong to this sample design and should not be described as universal casino standards.
CTSOK can create a customized value structure such as:
50
100
500
1,000
5,000
10,000
50,000
100,000
Custom denominations
The reference product range supports values from 1 through 100,000 and above, including customer-defined denominations.
A complete color plan should consider:
Visual separation between adjacent values
Relationship between round and rectangular chips
Operator brand colors
Table-limit categories
VIP-room positioning
Inventory classification
Security and verification procedures
Stack and Tray Recognition
The round chips can be organized in conventional stacks, while rectangular chips can be stored separately in trays or dedicated compartments.
This mixed-format arrangement can make the table bank easier to review because higher-value rectangular pieces are not visually buried among ordinary round chips.
The design supports:
Routine round-chip stacks
Dedicated high-value sections
Mixed-denomination chip trays
Opening table-bank preparation
Closing inventory checks
Dealer training exercises
Product display sets
Physical-to-system comparisons
Storage accessories should be selected according to the final chip dimensions and denomination quantities.
Optional RFID Identification
RFID is available as an optional feature rather than an assumed standard configuration.
The product range supports HF or UHF RFID inlays. When included, each chip can carry an electronic identity linked to a denomination and management record.
An RFID-enabled record may include:
Chip denomination
Physical format
Printed serial number
Inventory category
Issue status
Table assignment
Active or inactive status
Return status
Project-specific management fields
The RFID component provides electronic identification. Reading range, batch performance, location visibility, and reporting functions depend on the reader hardware, antenna design, software modules, and database configuration.
CTSOK “Chips Are Data” Connection
With RFID added, both round and rectangular chips can become identifiable assets within the CTSOK management environment.
Compatible project components may include:
RFID chip readers
Intelligent chip trays
Cage-side verification devices
Smart gaming tables
Chip issuance modules
Chip return workflows
Inventory databases
Table-bank records
Reconciliation software
Management dashboards
CTSOK’s existing RFID chip platform supports unique identification, batch reading, automated data collection, inventory visibility, and integration with casino-management workflows.
This allows the mixed-format set to maintain two parallel identification systems:
Physical identification: shape, color, value number, artwork, and edge spots
Digital identification: RFID identity, denomination mapping, inventory status, and system records
The product can also be supplied without RFID when only physical customization is required.
Optional Verification Features
The composite product range supports several optional verification methods.
UV Ink
Selected logos, wording, numbers, or symbols can be designed for inspection under suitable ultraviolet lighting.
Laser Serial Number
Individual or sequential numbers can support manual inventory records and physical verification.
Holographic Label
A holographic element can provide an additional visible security reference.
RFID Inlay
HF or UHF RFID provides electronic identification when used with compatible equipment.
These features can be combined, but each one should correspond to a defined inspection or management procedure.
Custom Configuration Options
CTSOK can customize the complete mixed-format chip series, including:
Round-chip diameter
Rectangular-chip dimensions
